A Karing Konnection12,LLC is a home and community-based service provider in the Dallas and Tarrant County area providing individualized services and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

 

Our mission is to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their desired level of cognitive, physical, social, mental, and spiritual stability. Additionally, we stimulate an environment to encourage the strengthening of other self-help skills to include enhancing personal strengths and interests while increasing their independence to have an acceptable quality of life and community interaction. 

 

Our administrative team, with more than 20 years experience in caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, consists of two registered nurses; a program director; a case manager; and a behavioral health specialist.
